A woman becomes a mother since she gets pregnant. Since then, Motherhood feeling gives glow to her face.One of the best Feeling in the life of any person. This is the time when it becomes important for the woman to take care of herself with the members of her family, because her health is only for baby’s health. In the daily routine, a woman skips her break-fast /noon snack, but during pregnancy she start take care of her not only at the time of eating but from the rising in the morning to sleep at bedtime.
When it comes to taking care, there are many types of thoughts that come out like – “we did not do anything differently in pregnancy”, “never thought of caring myself”, “those days were like our normal days” , just as they were eating, and today I have 3 children and are healthy, educated, etc.
Then why do doctors today recommend special medication and supplements , Gyms etc are opened specially for pregnant women, why ??
